That sounds really excessive. Unless I’m not understanding the math. That would mean a 200-pound person would need to drink 1,600 ounces of water a day? (200 lbs x 16 = 3,200 ounces).

I’m thinking it’s 100 ounces (half of 200) - which seems more reasonable.

I read it to mean half of 200 is 100, so 100 ounces of water per day....

That must be it because drinking much more than eight (16 ounce) glasses a day would keep you running to the bathroom all the time.

Anyway, that is an impressive diet regimen that Tom Brady has. Not many would have the discipline to stick to something like that and as a result, we will see very few QBs play at that level into their mid 40s.

Imagine if Babe Ruth had such a regimen? He might have gone on to hit 2,000 career home runs.
