Thanks E, but Andersen DESERVED what they got - they had their fingerprints on just about everything that went wrong during the 2008 meltdown. They were the ‘go-to’ auditors when a company needed to cook their books.
While I’m no fan of Mueller’s witch hunt of Trump and his people, as far as I’m concerned, Andersen got just what they DESERVED, which is probably the main reason you don’t see today’s firms engaging in that crap anymore.
