In short form, Democratic Virginia Gov. Northam, who used to be a pediatrician, stated that a proposed abortion law in Virginia would allow for the live birth of a child after which it would be "kept comfortable" while the mother and the doctor decided what to do with it. The decision being basically whether and how they would kill it.
Northam's position, and that of the author of the bill, Ms. Tran, clearly showed that infanticide is on the table for the pro-choice crowd.
That exposed many more people to the reality of the pro-choice late term abortion proponents, and caused problems for the radical left.
Now, after running offensive ads accusing his opponent in the election of being a racist, it turns out Northam as a 25 year old man chose to either dress in blackface, or as a KKK member. Based on his refusal to even shake hands with a black man during an interview I suspect he is the guy wearing the KKK outfit - and it may not even be a costume.

That whole Charlottesville ‘demonstration had ‘liberal organizers look’ all over it. I wonder if Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam had a hand in it... he was the person who benefited most... Anyone who's done 'organizing' knows the styles..
