He should not declare an emergency, just send the military down to the border and build the wall.
Even the Pentagon says he can do that.
If the Republican Senators want to get in Trump’s grill, then it is time for massive civil unrest to get in McConnell’s grill.
There is no more road left to kick the can. The Republicans had two years of total control of the government. They need to get the hell out of the way.

We have coyotes bringing buses of sick people to the border to occupy our agents while they bring drugs and humans across a dozen miles away. The cartels have changed tactics from crying babies at the border gates for sick kids and mothers in delivery in the middle of nowhere.
Our border agents are not the Red Cross. They are law enforcement officers. Build the wall and let them go back to enforcing the law. If the job description has changed to ambulance escorts and babysitters that take no skill or education, then why pay more than $10/hr? Let Border Patrol do the job they were hired to do.
McConnell is no fool, he knows damn well we can’t have a War on Drugs without Drugs and there is no way in hell he will allow any disruption in the War on Drugs by a silly Wall.

They’ve always had the votes in the senate. They just need a good excuse(a legal fig leaf) from mueller. They’ll be upholding the rule of law dontchaknow.
