Far too practical a solution. I’m sure there is some excuse for why that is not a viable option.

Did you know there are several classes offered in excuse making now. There are even graduate level studies in excuse making. Most war college study programs involve excuse making studies for those officers who may be called to testify on fraud, waste and abuse.

Prevarication is also a set of basic to advanced level courses required for journalism, political science and law.
