Doesn’t matter. As long as the Lt. Gov. is associated with the black-face racist governor, the Lt. Gov. needs to resign, too. The rules are in the ever-changing, minute-by-minute rat playbook called Alice-in-Wonderland.

The Lt Gov is black .... make a difference (whether more socialist or not)? I think so ... the Dems will see poetic justice in replacing white/racist Northam with a black man.
