Ms. Li was arrested on Thursday, along with the operators of USA Happy Baby, another agency associated with birth tourism, according to the indictment: Michael Wei Yueh Liu, of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., and Jing Dong, of Fontana, Calif.New York Times, finally lists names at the next-to-the-last paragraph!

Another reason to end birthright citizenship. Parents (mother, at least) must be in the country legally as immigrants and not tourists in order to claim citizenship.
