LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) Police in Kentucky say a Hindu temple in Louisville has been vandalized in a hate crime, its windows broken and walls covered in hateful messages. Louisville Metro Police Chief Steve Conrad tells The Courier Journal that repugnant messages of hate were spray-painted on its walls during a break-in this week. He says xenophobic and sexist messages were scrawled along with images of crosses and phrases such as Jesus Is The Only God. Someone spray-painted the eyes of a Hindu religious figure, with black paint dripping down the images face. Swaminarayan Temple officials say there is no video recording of the crime. The chief says an investigation is ongoing and officers will be at the temple on Sunday to ensure the communitys safety.

More liberal abuse fantasy porn?
Too many of these incidents scream “hoax.”
Jesus is the only god
I doubt a Christian would paint that on any wall.
Jesus is God? Um, not what I was taught.
For one thing, Christians capitalize the word God when referring to the one true God. Small g is used for a pagan god, like the god of war.
$10 says this one'll be listed there, soon enough.
Police are looking for a couple of white guys wearing MAGA hats, carrying a noose and a bottle of bleach.
Christians would not destroy or vandalize the property of others. And earning their enmity is no way to try and convince others to find Christ.
Christians win by the power of prayer backed by the all sufficient blood of the Lamb, and by their testimony. To don the garments of terrorism is foreign to the gospel message.
I hope many local churches write to newspaper editors pointing out that this is not the manner in which the gospel message authorizes its sharing.
And the message of this incident is: unassimilated immigrants are good, American natives are xenophobic sexist haters
Or unsolved, 1 of the 2.
Hmmmm. . . . Only a Hindu believer would have the knowledge to be able to do that. Not some redneck Kentucky yokel.
That is a basic tenet of the Christian faith. Jesus is both man and God.
But I've I've never heard it expressed that way; certainly not in graffiti. I call hoax.
Jesus is not God. Jesus is God’s son a separate and distinct entity.
What church taught you that?
Believe what you like, but Christians believe Jesus -- the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity -- is both God and man.
Wow, I doubt every Christian believes that.
Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, Evengelical, ALL OF THEM teach Jesus is God.
But I'm sure you can find some itinerant preacher wandering the hollers of Harlan County who teaches otherwise.
