So if it goes to SCOTUS and Ginsberg is unconscious it becomes an eight seat bench for the vote?

I want to see some proof that she’s actually still alive and functioning. Perhaps this will come on Tuesday during the State of the Union - but I kind of suspect she won’t show up and the media won’t say a word about it.
(And, of course, no Republicans would be rude enough to ask).
The media, in lockstep, seem not at all concerned about RBG. It is almost, as if, she does not exist at all.
