Cheaper to cook at home and almost always tastier! That's for sure! Last week I made marinated dark meat chicken cutlets on my George Foreman grill, with mushrooms and Vidalia onions, and sauteed shaved zucchini noodles. Side dish was whole wheat couscous with walnuts and carrots. Delicious!

Yum! My fridge is full of fresh veggies and my freezer has an assortment of meats and seafood. It takes time and planning to pull off three 'cooked from scratch' meals a day.. but that's the fun of it! The best part is we 'have it our way'! Creative and Delicious 😁
