I think this is Russia collecting on the debt.
That isn’t going to put much of a dent in the $17 billion that Venezuela owes Russia. It would cover a very nice little hacienda on the Black Sea, though. And those 400 Russian mercs that Maduro just hired would make a very nice extraction team. Could be wrong, we’ll see.
