I believe this would have to do
with the Logan act, as the deal
Trump made with Mexico is solely
between the United States and Mexico.
But this is just my best guess, or
you would be correct in your
suspicions. If a federal judge
could have blocked this, they would
have.
Mexico should be on board with this.
They do not control their northern states anyway.
