In the old days there could be a “convention nominee” as some sort of compromise. She may be hoping that the ‘Rats will get desperate and turn to her at the last minute when all their Tweedledum-Tweedledee candidates amount to nothing.
I can’t see Shrillary getting another shot, but she may fantasize that she could be the convention pick without having to go through all the campaigning beforehand.

of course she isn’t running. she’s 200 years old, she lost what the dems insist was the most winnable presidential election in modern history, and she’s yesterday’s news. oh, and her entire 2016 team signed up to work for kamala harris.
the people still breathlessly anticipating/fearing hillary’s return to presidential politics are in desperate need for professional help.
