Plus this story was everywhere and many customers for the first time became aware that the Best Buy security guard is a ‘security monitor’ and they the customer are really on their own if something bad were to happen to them. There’s a level of comfort for some in seeing a guard nearby but now they know if a thief runs out to the parking lot and tries to carjack them...the guard and employees are just going to stand by doing nothing

Guards at Best Buy are nothing more than tattle tails. Paul Blart does a great job in explaining this.

You KNOW you’re too dumb to have a job that pays enough to afford a computer.
