Seen a guy run out of Home Depot with a wheel borrow full of electric saws.
The guy from Home Depot yelled stop...I said why not get him? Against Company Policy once he is outside door.

Same thing with banks, policy is to have the tellers give bank robbers what they want and not interfere and the perps know it. I doubt most bank robbers even carry weapons these days.
