Why do you think we see so many bankruptcies of big corporations? A lot of these companies are founded by good people, but then they go public, or get taken over, and turn into crapweasels.

When I bought my QLED I had spent about three hours with their Samsung expert. He put on demo videos that helped me make up my mind which TV I would be happy with.
