Another law enforcement source told the Chronicle the incident occurred after the officers -- from the Narcotics Division -- were serving a warrant.
Houston newspaper (Chronicle) said Narcotics officers were serving an arrest warrant... I guess Sheila Jackson Lee may not get her cocaine and other dope this month...
