Wrong. The fact that Congress expressly refused the funding will doom Trumps case in court. He has mishandled this issue horribly and there will be no wall because of that.
BIG WRONG. Congress is in derelict of duty, they all sworn an oath to protect this country, and they are refusing their duty.
