This guy straightened out the other Chinese in the (engineering) groups.
The problem was always with the Vietnamese factory operators. They would never speak English in front of my group of sustaining process engineers.
We called it getting “Smile Effed”
In the North or South? My experiences in the South were always that southerners like to impress with their English.
