Once he notices that the democratic party candidate is close to Trump’s ratings, he’ll drop out and send his voters to vote for the democrat.

He’s not there to win anything. He’s there to help the democrats.

Once a rat, always a rat.

If only he had a brain to realize that with the democrats, both his business and his own personal bottom line will suffer greatly.

If it appears the best he can be is a spoiler, he may drop out of the race. If it appears he has a reasonable chance of winning a State or DC (thus winning electoral votes), he will remain. A major factor will be who the Democrats pick as their standard bearer.

As for sending voters to vote for the Democrats' candidate, he doesn't have that power. Just ask Bernie Sanders. Voters are not drones.
