The author speaks of 'jury nullification' as the tool that can be used against Mueller.

The problem is that juries are approved by both prosecutor and defense attorney. The likelihood of a jury being unanimous in nullifying Mueller's charges is unlikely. I say this because instances of 'jury nullification' usually occur when a great number of the available jurors are against a given law, e.g., prohibition. The nation is divided on so many levels. I've never witnessed such blind hatred toward a President, Christians and conservatives. Too many in any potential jury pool have drank the kool-aid.

Hillary Clinton got 90% of the vote in Washington D.C. Donald Trump got 4%. A District of Columbia jury pool is likely to reflect those percentages.
