Seriously doubt that the Brazilians or Columbians would use their own military to invade Venezuela. And using US military forces would be counterproductive. US intervention in Latin America has a checkered past. If we use anyone, it should be special ops or some clandestine intelligence personnel. I am wary of the neocons taking over Trump's foreign policy.
