He had the power when Republican's owned both houses of Congress his first two years. Stop ignoring that fact.
The Republican Party should've done their job and either passed funding his first six months in office, or jammed it down Pelosi and Shumer's throats after the last election and before the house turned over to the Democrats.
That they didn't do it tells us everything we need to know about the state of the Republican Party in both the House and Senate.
Do I blame President Trump here? No. He's been calling to build the wall since he got in office. I blame the spineless Republican's in both the House and Senate for this fiasco.
