Sadly, he'll get his SOTU when Pelosi is good and ready, maybe months from now. She'll not let him speak until she sees advantage. Maybe the week after Mueller's report but definitely now while the wall is being discussed.
Pelosi's in the driver's seat at the moment, even Trump admitted it was her call. Guess McConnell ceded to her as well since she seems to be speaking for Congress.
