Talking about a smart wall is the same as the Dems verbiage about a 21st century border enforcement. At the end of the three weeks we will get a bunch of money for connected pols and contractors which might identify bordercrossers who will then be released. Meanwhile the pace of invaders has increased and a large caravan has been assembled and is crossing Mexico to reach the US.
