I think Ryano and McConnell talked him out of taking a stand before the mid-term elections. And I think they’d talked him out of it a time of two before then.
They are not saying that, you turd polishers are accusing them of that, but it ain't happening. Trump will not lose one true Freeper over this, but he will get criticized, which some here see as treason.
Or what? I don’t see a pathway that in 3 weeks leads to anywhere other than where we are today. If the President uses EO to declare a national emergency, it gets locked up in the judiciary for the foreseeable future, while the illegal invasion continues unabated. Unless the President has an invisible winning strategy that no one has guessed, I’m baffled.

I can agree with her about assimilation. When my father and mother came here, immigrants were expected to assimilate into American society. They were allowed to hold on to their own languages, religions, and traditions. We didn’t even allow Native Americans that privilege. I don’t know what decade it all changed, but it didn’t happen recently, that immigrants to this country have been allowed to demand that America change for all of them. I think the liberal courts had a lot to do with it.
There’s a quote I always remember from then Florida AD Jeremy Foley, when he decided to fire Ron Zook in the middle of the season:
“I’m a big believer in the saying that if something needs to be done eventually, it needs to be done immediately.”

Worse than this government shutdown for Trump to work under is the 3 caravan hoards headed for an ‘unsecured” border. Bought and paid for to invade our country by the Demorats, Global elites, and CHINA RUSSIA IRAN AND TURKEY all working now in our Southern Countries of Venzuela, Bolivia and Cuba.
I’d like to think....
1. Trump uses SOTU to lay groundwork for National Emergency for Wall and explain DNC/CPUSA does NOT support our sovereign border
2. Just a short 3 weeks for Nazi Pelosi to show she’s a liar to major national audience
3. Trump announces NE and begins construction of the ENTIRE Wall.

I didn't hear a big beautiful wall - I heard crap about drones and fences, how he never said building a wall across the Mexico border. I heard baloney about there are places we can't build a wall and nobody would ever try to cross there anyhow. Have you ever seen the Great Wall of China? I heard how wonderful all our government workers are and how we are so lucky to have them. I heard a guy whose heart wasn't in anymore. Meanwhile illegals will continue to poor across some will go on to murder US citizens
So what was the point of this 35 day shutdown? What got accomplished the centrists are now thinking "you know that Nancy Pelosi is a very bad person"? I doubt it - All he did was expose that the best defense against president Trump is frenetic patience
