I suspect Congress will try to pass all the funding except DHS over the next three weeks. The President’s response will be the decisive moment. They think they can slip it by him on their vague promise.

Second, he said no to opening the government no matter what until the wall was funded. It is now opening today. NO wall.

Trump is showing he is willing to compromise. That’s a good thing. We’ll see in three weeks.
