That probably means no wall funding for now.
All is not lost. It takes time and effort to make something as symbolic as the wall happen w/o losing too much politically. I’m starting to see how difficult it can be, if one chooses not to just bulldoze the event through as we here want him to do.

Written in 1215 by King John. Many see it as a cornerstone for the liberty of citizens. Even though first approved in 1215, the charter went through many revisions for many years. It was not fully implemented until 1297, by efforts of Edward The First, grandson of King John.
Some things still take time to reach their finished form.
