The Dems would go INSANE, but I doubt that there's anything that the House can do to stop Trump declaring an emergency. Not even a judge can stop that; well, not legally.

And at this juncture, I would NOT care to even hazard a guess as to what's coming down the pike next. This is all historically uncharted territory.
