Trump can’t give it in the House chamber unless Pelosi allows vote on a joint resolution...and that’s not going to happen.
Then do as someone here suggested earlier -
1. Declare a national emergency and begin building the wall NOW.
2. Declare that no two-bit leftist “judge” has a say.
3. Open the Government.
4. Announce that since the Government is now open, he’s going to give the speech as planned.
5. Give the speech and call every last RAT out by name, then top it off by announcing the arrest of the entire Clinton cabal AND Barack Hussein Obama for sedition.
6. Release the FISA warrant to prove it.
7. Turn around, spit on Nancy Pelosi and walk out.
