Obama put women in combat, let queers openly serve, then let drag queens openly serve through a direct order to his Sec of Defense. Congress was bypassed and the call was made by the Kenyan king. None of these executive power grabs ever made it to the Supreme Court. Trump tries to get the military back in order by telling his Sec of Defense to get rid of the drag queens and all hells breaks loose. His Sec of Defense basically ignores his order and punts the ball while it’s “challenged” in court. When King Obama did the same thing no republican appointed judge said a word.
Because Bush League Republicans share the same goals.
That is why the GOP refused to sue to stop DACA before it could get started.
They wanted amnesty, too.
Any way they could get it.

Both parties cooperated to violate the Constitution.
