I’m just curious who the state of New York is saying the ‘non-doctors’ will be, now allowed to perform these murders.

Especially when “child” (matriarchy) support goes to age 21 and not 18. A woman who feels children are a burden are much more likely to get an abortion or demand repartions from the man and be a high conflict female in “family” court, which, in NY is a gynocracy anyway.
