I’m just telling you what their argument is. I’m not saying I agree with it or think they will win.
It will give the NFL more bad publicity and more headaches.
Maybe that is their only reason for filing.

I understand.
If the Court doesn’t do anything this week, the Super Bowl will be a done deal. Any action would likely be to mitigate future screw-ups (like extending the challenge to other calls, such as pass interference), or some sort of monetary penalty.
