Trump should pull all Secret Service details, and any other such security, from all Congressional Democrats. Simultaneously he should arrange to remove every concrete barrier and other such physical protections from around the U.S. Capitol ... Then make a public statement as to such defenses being absent.
Congress is protected by Capitol Police, not Secret Service. Capitol Police are under the exclusive control of Congress (not the President) and have jurisdiction anywhere a Congressman goes.
Executive protection for congress is done by a separate agency.
