I think congress people and all politicians should be required to pass rigorous and exhaustive proctored tests for knowledge and ability to reason as well as mental competence and drug testing in order to get qualification documents before running for office.

similar to nurses and ambulance drivers. Even semi truck drivers are more qualified and sane than senators and congressmen, even electricians have to go through a process and work their way up through their trade , they must be drug free and sane or they will get kicked out,......but not congress, all they have to do is get elected and the voters really have no idea who they arey are voting forn

Ocasio-cortez seems to have the IQ of a 7 year old. And then theres Pelosi or Cruz,etc, its downright scary that we have unqualified clowns as our leaders
