According to Pew Research Center data, 72 percent of white Republicans believe in the God of the Bible. Only 32 percent of white Democrats share that belief.

For about 3 decades, it has seemed to me, that Democrat Priests/Bishops/Parsons don’t really believe in Christ and the Gospels.
Note he tries to limit this to “white” progressive “populists”. Well, Feinstein, Harris and Hirono are neither white nor populist. It would appear this anti-Christian hated is an integral aspect of all Dem progressivism.
Literally insane. If anything, the ONLY place where Christianity is allowed will soon be in “white nationalist” circles.
Since everything letter soup is the civil rights cause of the day with so-called “progressives” I would opine that Romans 1:18-32 predicts that hostility to Christianity will continue to grow.

Maybe what he means is that this kind of talk is rare in Black or Hispanic districts, no matter how far left they are.
I don't get where the "populism" comes in. If Warren or Sanders want to get very far with the working class, they're going to leave religion alone.
It's liberal Democrats who've written off populism that go in for anti-Christian and anti-Catholic rhetoric the most.
