I hope she realizes that it’s easier said than done. as soon as he does it, there will be court challenges and it will go all the way to the SCOTUS.

We can’t have anything that important go to SCOTUS until we have locked down at a minimum a 5-4 decision. Right now we probably do, but that would be relying on Roberts. I would rather not! I would rather wait for a post-Ginsberg court before we do anything that important..

If you continually say you will accept less than you wanted I can pretty much guarantee you will get less than you wanted.
