The House Foreign Affairs Committee is reorganizing. The new Democratic chairman
announced plans to eliminate the Terrorism, Nonproliferation and Trade Subcommittee
in favor of a committee to investigate Pres Trump.

Americans demand an accounting: tax dollars appropriated for their safety and security are to be used illegally....for partisan purposes.
<><>Tax dollars appropriated by law are subject to "policy restrictions."
<><>Appropriations designated by the House for one purpose prohibits funds from being used for other activities.
<><> The Congress has no authority to use tax dollars to advance a political party's agenda.
