I read a great book, ‘Last Men Out’ which was pretty scary and hair-raising.

There was one scene in there where they actually took a helicopter back to an US Consulate building, only to see NVA tanks lined up in the courtyard.

Crazy bastards flew up to the flagpole, one guy stepped out on the skid and cut the American flag away so the NVA wouldn’t cut it down and stomp on it, while the NVA were so startled they just gaped, then began shooting.

Frikking crazy damned Jarheads! (Said with UTMOST respect!)
