16 families have already signed up to sue.

Kentucky has a statute making it a felony to threaten people online. The DA has already publicly warned that he will prosecute.

What else does Kentucky have? Punitive damages. Meaning no limit to what a local jury could award in damages.

They should indite Bill Kristol & several members of the “controlled opposition” at National Review Online who went after these kids like there was no tomorrow.
