Subject to the jurisdiction thereof==having no other allegiances than the U.S. ‘Not owing allegiance to anybody else’

That counts out Kamala for citizenship under the 14th

Kamala is a citizen at birth. I bet she has a US passport. All she needs to get a passport is to show a US birth certificate. The only issue is whether she is eligible to be President under the Constitution i.e., a natural born citizen. The courts have never ruled on it.

While I agree Kamala is out, I believe she is out due to the NBC not the 14th.

For instance the 14th speaks of naturalized citizens, a naturalized citizen does not qualify under the NBC. (loyalties at birth were not to the United States)

Not trying to say you meant the 14th covered the natural born clause. I do note your very right highlight of even the 14th demanding no divided loyalties.
