Norkland has done nothing but build military infrastructure -- since the KWar ended. The place is literally covered with underground airfields, Soviet-style and modern SAM emplacements, weird little "for no good reason" construction / excavation sites, 'way out at the end of some dirt road in the mountains, etc.
Rest easy. Our "Geospatial" intel folks have them all documented -- and track any activity at them -- continually...

No, because they saw what happened to Sadaam and Muammar when they got rid of their nukes.
If it’s true that NKorea is a puppet of Beijing (as some say), then money would probably not be an issue.
