New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said the Jewish community needs to be protected against its concerns about anti-Semitism coming from the White House.

In an interview with CNN’s Jason Carroll on Saturday from the march sponsored by the Women’s March Alliance Ocasio-Cortez responded to a question about what she would say to those who have concerns about anti-Semitism within the national Women’s March group.

“I think that concerns of anti-Semitism with the current administration in the White House are absolutely valid and we need to make sure that we are protecting the Jewish community and all those that feel vulnerable in this moment,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

She noted that the reason women were coming together for marches across the country “is to make sure that the rights of women are protected in advance. “

“And so I know in my heart that all of the New Yorkers that are coming down here and downtown are coming in that spirit and not in the other spirit” (of anti-Semitism), she said.

Yeah, that’s the ticket - Trump’s daughter is a convert to Judaism, his Jewish son-in-law is a key advisor (which I wish he wasn’t, and not because of his Judaism - because his a basically liberal NY resident), his grandkids are Jewish, and he has been the most Israel-friendly President since Israel was founded...but Trump is an anti-Semite. Right on! I couldn't help but notice that organizers of the "Snowflakes with Boobs March" held east of SF went to great pains to explain that their march was not associated with the main event, and was supported by a local "Interfaith" group.

In my opinion, if they really wanted to distance themselves from the main group of Useful Idiots, the local group should have held their march on a different day. Sorry, gals, but coordinating the timing of your march with the main event looks to the average person like you are part of that event.
