I think maybe you missed my point. I understand they have graphics prepared for these things (and stories, too, no doubt) - but how do you “accidentally” post the graphic on-air? It’s not like it’s sitting on monitor 4, waiting for the moment when Ruthless Ginsburg kicks the bucket - SOMEONE had to cue it up from wherever it’s kept, waiting for the happy moment.
