If you look at the video, the teens were just viewing the Washington monument and Lincoln Memorial when the Indian came walking over banging his drum. The Indian was with another side-kick who was stalking the kids.
The two Indians are professional agitators, who roam the Washington mall every weekend. They were specifically looking for trouble as leftest usually do.
Ig anything, the teens were very well behaved. I would have taken the drum and smashed it over his head.
Yeah, he would have been wearing that drum in a very uncomfortable place after I got through with him.
Lol... He was definitely in his face and personal space wasn’t he? If his eyes were defending themselves by blinking every beat as a natural response his space was violated.
