You are absolutely correct. I would tell Anne, watch and learn. Something big is going to happen and the rats are not going to like it. This is what I suspect: Trump only asks for $5.7 billion seed money instead of the $25 billion because Mexico will, indeed pay for the wall via the new NAFTA. As an added bonus, because of the shutdown, he will then proceed to RIF tens of thousands of useless federal workers and shut down several agencies.
