I never thought they would get deported, never expected Trump to do that. I still don’t. Is deportation workable or viable? No. It would kill the GOP, it’s not the hill to die on.
Dry up their prospects and benefits and they’ll self deport. Amnesty will simply draw more in.

Under President Eisenhower, we had Operation Wetback and Operation Wetback II where millions of illegals were rounded up and deported.
As for saving the GOP, the more Romneys, Ryans, McCains they deliver the less I care.
