The Dems will spin this to backfire against the Trump supporters. The media and Dems will roar that it is a cheap political stunt. I’d rather Trump just hold fast and keep the govt. shutdown going until the Dems cave if ever/never, then so be it.
The proposed donation of $20.20 is crafty.

To raise money for the 2020 race, the Trump campaign is asking donors to chip in $20.20 for each fake brick, which will be sent to the Democratic congressional leaders amid the fight that underlies the extended partial government shutdown.
I had to read that 3 times before I was sure they weren’t sending the $20.20 to the Democrats. sheesh

I’m just saying I hope this isn’t just a stunt to jab at the Dems, but then Trump cave and call an Emergency to try to build the wall. Just keep the damned thing shut down until the Dems cave. Trump has the leverage on this, it’s not time to give up.
