I dont believe a court can declare a presidential national emergency illegal.
You would not think the courts could stop a travel ban either.. but they did.. and got away with it.

Therein lies the problem. I think most judges, Obama appointees in particular, see no limitations to their power. They honestly believe that they can rule on anything.
