Pelosi and her entourage, including House Intelligence Chairman Adam (I got a subpoena) Schiff were set to visit Brussels,
Egypt and Afghanistan in a military plane.......but were forced off a military bus outside Longworth House Office Bldg
when the trip was unexpectedly cancelled due the govt shutdown for lack of Democrats' cooperation.

THE GORY DETAILS---did not include the junkets' cost to taxpayers:

<><> Pelosi planned to meet with NATO commanders.

<><> The group also planned to obtain critical national security & intelligence briefings (guess they never heard of a telephone).

<><> Nanzi's spokesman said that the Afghanistan stop, of necessity, "included a required stop in Brussels for pilot rest."
